MATCH CONFIRMED: SEC 4 NORMAL ACAD VS SEC 4 EXPRESS THE LAST STAND! THIS COMING MONDAY!

It has been confirmed as the match between 2 powerhouses team in AMKSS the sec 4 normal acad team will take on the sec 4 Express team in this coming monday. A sec 2 normal acad member will also be playing for the sec 4 normal acad team alroy! The match will be played on next monday 30th March 2009 at 3.30pm. Please come to watch the match if u can.
FACTS ABOUT ALROY
Alroy is a member of the C.division soccer team as a squad member who is used to lift up morale of the team. Before that Alroy was involved in a big clash where the last year Sec 3 normal team which is this year sec 4 normal team defeated the last year sec 4 team which includes players like lionel, ruixiang and many more. Alroy played extremenly well in that match and gain his popularity from there.
NORMAL ACAD TEAM STABBED IN THE HEART
Another rift has come out of the sec 4 normal acad team as now it has emerged that Muhd Sukhairy is on the verge of quitting the team which leave the Normal Acad team in trouble over the quality of the squad as they are only limited to 2 classes and Alroy whereas Express team are limited to 5 classes of talented players to choose from!
CASHMERE: IF WE LOSE, IS BECAUSE OF THE KEEPER
Big news coming out of the Express team will be that current express captain or previous one Cashmere Hui has conceded that their keeper Winston is on a very poor form. He then said that if the express lose, they will have to blame the keeper.
OVERALL
Both sides have been handicapped in their own ways however who will emerged as the winner remains to be seen as the winless Express will have one last shot to break their record at last!

NORMAL ACAD VS EXPRESS THE FINAL SHOWDOWN!

Normal vs Express is match played at least once every year to determine which stream has the better football team. After so many years, express has improved significantly and proving to be a real threat to the normal. However this year normal vs express will be only featuring the Normal acad after acad decided to play with their resources rather than teaming up with the normal tech. The match should be confirmed on this thursday when the Normal acad team will be led out by captain Nurhakim and the Express team will be led out by their captain Muhd Hakim.

JESTER AND SHARUL JUST NOT SUITABLE FOR EACH OTHER?

It been a real disaster for AMKSS even though they had a fantastic against Bishan Park Sec. Jester Chee and Sharul apparently had a bust-up recently in the 3-0 loss to serangoon garden sec which led to the defeat for AMKSS and communication break down between the duo. However Jester has responded to it very well by scoring the equaliser for AMKSS against Bishan Park Sec and there was no sharul in that match. The real selection headche for AMKSS and Mr Sim though will be when they face Bardley Sec in an all or nothing match when Sharul might be available. The problem for Mr Sim will be to choose the side that performed very well in the last match excluding Sharul or to take a risk with Sharul a talented player but has lots of problem with the squad? However AMKSS is now looking forward to the next clash where anything goes as it is really an ALL OR NOTHING match as Mr Sim and AMKSS will throw one last dice to turn their fortunes around!

AMKSS CAME BACK TWICE TO DREW 2-2 WITH BISHAN PARK SEC AFTER AN EXTREMENLY ENTERTAINING MATCH!

It was a match that probably was the best match that AMKSS has ever been in despite the result. Once again it was a muddy field and it had been for a while now with all the bad weather. The match was very even with end to end stuff from both sides however due to the bad weather, ball- controlling was a very hard thing to do. However it was an unlucky defending that lead to bishan park scoring the first goal. The ball was on the left side of the penalty box with the keeper near it however the ball somehow flew into the middle for a Bishan park player to pounce on the loose ball. Lots of fighting spirit from AMKSS came after that as more and more attack came by. Cashmere, Sukhairy and Jester had all contributed to that but it was 0-0 at the end of the first half.
2nd HALF
AMKSS fought really hard in the 2nd half and with multiple Sukhairy free-kicks one had finally paid off. Sukhairy scored his first goal of the tourament with a shot slightly to the left of the half way line which goes all the way into the net. AMKSS broke their bad streak as they finally fought back from 1-0 down to 1-1 however things look bleak again for AMKSS. A bishan park player apparently stepped on Nurhakim leg which led to an ugly confrontation between the both. Muhd Hakim then got involved by giving a kick to the player which resulted in a yellow card. Nurhakim who had been suspended before already this season also fouled the same player which earned him a yellow card as well. Not long after the killer-blow came in from a corner as the kick when to the near post, stand-in keeper hadrif punched the ball into his own net leading to dismay throughout the entire AMKSS team. Fight Fight Fight and hope for a breakthrough was all AMKSS could hope for and it did happened in the closing minute of the game as Jester ran on to a through pass and slotted the ball under the keeper into the back of the net.

AMKSS BROUGHT BACK DOWN TO EARTH AFTER 3-0 THUMPING BY SEGRANGOON GARDEN SEC! BAD STREAK GOES ON!

It was just the last match where AMKSS was flying in heavens after their 7-0 thrashing of Gan Eng Seng Sec. However AMKSS was brought back down to earth after their 3-0 defeat to SGS. It is usually the result not reflecting how the game was being played but this time the scoreline had already told u the whole story. It was an unbelievable game as AMKSS was lacking creative, passing movement, confidence and morale. The game was being controlled by SGS and the performance this time round would be considered the poorest game ever to be played by this AMKSS team so far. The first goal came from a corner by SGS. After that SGS played as if there was no opponent there as they took control of the game.
2ND HALF
The 2nd half was pretty much worse than the 1st half for AMKSS as they had to resort to long ball clearance as their ball often go way wide and there was no fluency in there game. The 2nd goal came from a corner again as 2 SGS players were at the far post with only sham marking one of them. The poorest thing was that the man that sham was supposingly marking went past him and scored the goal. After that a dejected AMKSS side saw many quarell within it own team as the team lost the team spirit and confidence. The 3rd goal was a mistake by the entire defence. SGS forward run at 2 defender in the center being being kick by Nurhakim and nearly falling to the ground. However instead of clearing the ball, the defence waited abit too long as the SGS forward recovered the ball right at the spot he lost it and get past the defender to score the goal.
POSITIVES
None and for once there was nothing really to take away from the game.
NEGATIVES
AMKSS will now have to win their next 2 matches in order to qualify through to the Semi-Finals with Bishan Park coming next as AMKSS have a mountain to climb.
STREAK
The bad streak of not winning after being scored a goal first for AMKSS continue as AMKSS have not won after conceding a goal first against oppositions.
MAN OF THE MATCH
It was hard to pick one out of the match as all had given up but nevertheless Farid was given the Man of the match for amkss with a couple of good saves!

AMKSS QUALIFIED FOR THE KNOCKOUT STAGE AS YONGZHI GOT SENT OFF IN A 3-1 VICTORY OVER GUANYANG SEC FOR AMKSS!

The match between Guanyang sec and AMKSS was pretty much dominated with Yongzhi being sent off just after 10 mins he was playing. However the opposition captain was also being sent off due to a confrontation with yongzhi. On the bright side though for AMKSS, they won 3-1 over Guanyang sec and therefore qualified through the group stage as the runner-up of the group with Beattie sec qualifying as the champions of the group. The scores are Hadrif, MUHD HAKIM and Jester Chee.

AMKSS RAIN-DANCED 7-0 PAST GAN ENG SENG SEC IN AN ABSOLUTE ABSORBING MATCH!

The match was all set to be one important clash as both sides are regarded equally strong however this match had proved otherwise. The field was extremenly wet and muddy and it was the worst situation Gan Eng Seng sec could have. Their players focused on physical strength but with the muddy field, it was hard for them to move about on the field. The first goal for AMKSS was from a set-piece free-kick from Muhd Hakim. It was a shocked as Hakim had never scored a goal for AMKSS before however from this free kick, it bounced on the muddy field took a slight deflection and went into the net for the first goal! AMKSS wasted no time for the 2nd as jester score from another set piece corner kick. By then Gan Eng Seng had already lost lot of their morale. Jester wasted no time again to get to a through pass and slot it past the keeper into the back of the net for his 2nd and angmokio 3rd! Sharul then scored from another corner kick as he calmly head the ball into the back of the net. 4-0! Sharul then got into another great position from outside the box to shoot a 18yard shot past the keeper into the bottom left corner. Bloopers from the Gan Eng Seng keeper then after attempting to catch a muddy high ball, he let the ball slipped and on to Sharul foot who net in his hat-trick!
Second Half
Cashmere then came on and after 5mins kicked in a rebound and scored a delightful goal and the inevitable celebration. However 7-0 was it as only 1 goal in the second half showed how determined Gan Eng Seng players were and how over-confidence killed AMKSS. Most of the 2nd half though was dominated with YongZhi attempting to score his first goal for AMKSS. After numerous tries from a corner, rebound, shot and through passes shot, Yongzhi failed to score.
DOWNSIDE
Nurhakim, B.division captain, has also received a yellow card from the refree and therefore will miss the next match against guanyang sec in probably a deciding match for AMKSS to qualify anot through the group stage.
MAN OF THE MATCH
FARID, Farid has probably given Gan Eng Seng no chances to score at all with his continous advancing take of the ball and of course pulling off a few good saves and therefore beating Hat-trick Hero Sharul for the MAN OF THE MATCH title!
